Seemekoo is a marketplace platform that connects local businesses ("Brands") with content creators ("Creators") to collaborate on promotional content and service experiences.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms.
Platform Role
Seemekoo acts solely as an intermediary platform that facilitates connections between Brands and Creators. Seemekoo is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any services provided by users.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Complete tasks honestly and professionally
- Follow all applicable laws
- Respect deadlines and agreements
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Seemekoo may temporarily hold funds to ensure proper task completion.
Payouts are released according to task milestones and platform policies.
Disputes
Seemekoo reserves the right to review disputes and make final decisions to protect both parties.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Limitation of Liability
Seemekoo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
